Warranty Terms & Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage

JC CLUB BELIZE is committed to providing customers with quality products and reliable service.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, product packaging, manufacturer warranty documentation, or purchase agreement, eligible products purchased from JC CLUB BELIZE are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use for a period of seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase or delivery.

Customers are encouraged to inspect and test products immediately upon purchase or delivery. Products that are not inspected or tested at the time of purchase or delivery remain subject to this warranty period and applicable warranty conditions.

2. Warranty Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for warranty consideration:

  • The customer must provide valid proof of purchase;
  • The warranty claim must be submitted within the applicable warranty period;
  • The product must have been used according to the manufacturer's instructions and intended purpose;
  • The product must be returned in a condition suitable for inspection.

JC CLUB BELIZE reserves the right to inspect, verify, and determine whether a product qualifies for warranty service.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failures resulting from:

  • Misuse, abuse, improper handling, accidents, or negligence;
  • Incorrect installation, operation, or maintenance;
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, alterations, or tampering;
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, or appearance-related issues;
  • Damage caused by power surges, electrical issues, improper connections, or external factors;
  • Acts of nature or circumstances beyond reasonable control, including floods, fires, earthquakes, storms, or other natural disasters;
  • Damage caused by third-party services, transportation after delivery, or unauthorized handling.

Certain products may have additional manufacturer-specific warranty terms, limitations, or exclusions.

4. Warranty Claims, Returns, and Replacement Process

4.1 Warranty Claim Submission

Customers must contact JC CLUB BELIZE Customer Service within the applicable warranty period after discovering a suspected defect.

Warranty claims must include:

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation;
  • Description of the issue;
  • Photos, videos, or other evidence when requested;
  • Any additional information required for evaluation.

4.2 Inspection and Resolution

JC CLUB BELIZE may require the defective product to be returned for inspection and verification.

After evaluation, JC CLUB BELIZE may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product;
  • Replace the product with the same or an equivalent item;
  • Provide store credit; or
  • Offer another appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

A warranty claim does not automatically guarantee replacement, repair, refund, or approval.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of Belize:

  • JC CLUB BELIZE's responsibility under this warranty is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or approved resolution of the defective product.
  • JC CLUB BELIZE shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or additional damages resulting from the use, inability to use, or failure of a product.
  • JC CLUB BELIZE shall not be responsible for losses caused by improper product use, customer negligence, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Warranty Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Belize.

Any disputes, claims, or disagreements arising from or relating to these warranty terms shall be handled according to the applicable legal procedures and jurisdiction of Belize.

7. Dispute Resolution

Customers and JC CLUB BELIZE agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve warranty-related concerns through direct communication before pursuing further legal action.

Where applicable, disputes may be addressed through the appropriate consumer protection authorities, arbitration procedures, or courts with jurisdiction under the laws of Belize.

8. Modification of Warranty Terms

JC CLUB BELIZE reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Warranty Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will become effective upon publication on the JC CLUB BELIZE website or official communication channels.

Customers are encouraged to review these terms periodically for updates.
