Inventory Availability Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

1.1

These Inventory Availability Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the availability, display, and purchase of products listed on the JC CLUB BELIZE ecommerce platform ("Platform").

1.2

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms, along with all other applicable JC CLUB BELIZE policies.

2. Inventory Availability

2.1

JC CLUB BELIZE strives to provide accurate, current, and reliable product availability information on our Platform. However, inventory levels may change frequently due to customer purchases, supplier availability, stock movement, or other operational factors.

JC CLUB BELIZE does not guarantee that any product displayed on the Platform will remain available at the time of order processing.

2.2

Product availability, quantities, pricing, promotions, and product listings are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

2.3

In the event that a purchased product becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted, JC CLUB BELIZE will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and may provide available options, including:

  • Replacement with a similar or equivalent product (subject to customer approval);
  • Adjustment of the order; or
  • Refund of the unavailable item according to our Refund Policy.

3. Order Placement and Confirmation

3.1

Submitting an order through the Platform does not guarantee that the selected products are reserved, available, or ready for fulfillment.

3.2

An order shall only be considered confirmed after payment has been successfully received, inventory has been verified, and JC CLUB BELIZE has approved the order for processing.

3.3

JC CLUB BELIZE reserves the right to cancel, modify, or decline any order before fulfillment due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability;
  • Inventory discrepancies;
  • Pricing errors;
  • Payment verification issues;
  • Suspected fraudulent activity; or
  • Other operational reasons.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1

All product prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change without prior notice due to supplier pricing updates, market conditions, promotional adjustments, or inventory changes.

4.2

Customers are required to complete payment in full before orders can be processed, prepared, or delivered.

4.3

JC CLUB BELIZE reserves the right to correct pricing errors, update incorrect product information, and cancel any order affected by inaccurate pricing or listing information.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, any eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

5. Order Cancellations and Refunds

5.1

Customers may request order cancellations within the timeframe permitted by JC CLUB BELIZE before the order has entered processing, preparation, or delivery stages.

5.2

All refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellation requests shall be handled according to the JC CLUB BELIZE Refund Policy and applicable terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1

JC CLUB BELIZE shall not be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, delay, or damages resulting from product shortages, inventory errors, unavailable products, supplier limitations, or order adjustments.

6.2

To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of Belize, JC CLUB BELIZE's total liability arising from any claim related to inventory availability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Belize.

Any disputes arising from or relating to inventory availability, product orders, or these terms shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of Belize.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

8.1

JC CLUB BELIZE reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Inventory Availability Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Changes shall become effective immediately upon being published on the Platform. Customers are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
