Shopping Rebates Program Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Shopping Rebates Program Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern participation in the JC CLUB BELIZE Shopping Rebates Program ("Program") offered through the JC CLUB BELIZE ecommerce platform.
By participating in the Program, earning, receiving, or redeeming any rebate benefits, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
JC CLUB BELIZE reserves the right to administer, regulate, modify, suspend, or terminate the Program in accordance with these terms.

Customers are responsible for any tax obligations, reporting requirements, or financial consequences that may arise from receiving rebate benefits.
JC CLUB BELIZE shall not be responsible for individual customer tax obligations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of Belize, JC CLUB BELIZE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Shopping Rebates Program.
JC CLUB BELIZE shall not be responsible for technical errors, system interruptions, delays, unauthorized access, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect rebate balances, availability, or redemption.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Belize.
10.2
Any dispute, claim, or disagreement arising from or relating to the JC CLUB BELIZE Shopping Rebates Program shall first be addressed through good-faith communication.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be handled through the appropriate legal channels or dispute resolution procedures available under the laws of Belize.
11. Changes to These Terms & Conditions
JC CLUB BELIZE reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Shopping Rebates Program Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will become effective upon publication through the JC CLUB BELIZE website or other official communication channels.
Continued participation in the Program after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
