Customers may request delivery to alternative locations or third-party delivery service providers within Belize City, subject to approval and availability.
JC CLUB BELIZE reserves the right to determine delivery availability based on location, accessibility, operational limitations, and other applicable factors.
2.2 Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated to customers during the order process or after order confirmation.
While JC CLUB BELIZE strives to complete deliveries within the communicated timeframe, delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation delays, high order volumes, supplier delays, or other unforeseen events.
JC CLUB BELIZE shall not be held liable for delays caused by such circumstances.
2.3 Delivery Charges
Applicable delivery fees will be displayed or communicated to customers before order confirmation.
Additional charges may apply for remote locations, difficult-to-access areas, special delivery requests, or locations outside our standard delivery zones.
Customers will be informed of any applicable additional charges before delivery is completed.

JC CLUB BELIZE utilizes its internal delivery resources, authorized carriers, and Pickup Point Network to provide customers with convenient and reliable delivery options.
Where available, customers may receive delivery notifications, order updates, or tracking information through email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels provided during checkout.
3. Order Processing
3.1 Order Confirmation
Upon successful completion of payment and order verification, customers will receive an order confirmation through the email address, WhatsApp number, or contact information provided during checkout.
JC CLUB BELIZE reserves the right to review and verify orders before processing for fulfillment and delivery.
3.2 Changes to Orders
Customers may request modifications to an order within the timeframe permitted by JC CLUB BELIZE before the order enters the preparation or dispatch stage.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, changes, cancellations, or address modifications may no longer be possible.
4. Product Inspection and Acceptance
Upon receiving or collecting an order, customers are responsible for inspecting all products for visible damage, missing items, defects, or discrepancies.
Any concerns, claims, or reports regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products must be submitted to JC CLUB BELIZE within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery or pickup.
Failure to report issues within the specified timeframe may result in the inability to process a claim.

7. Delivery Responsibility and Risk
Once an order has been successfully delivered to the customer, authorized recipient, or collected from an approved JC CLUB BELIZE Pickup Point, responsibility for the products transfers to the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that accurate delivery information and authorized recipient details are provided during checkout.
JC CLUB BELIZE shall not be responsible for losses, damages, or delays resulting from incorrect customer-provided information.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Delivery Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Belize.
Any disputes, claims, or disagreements arising from these terms shall be subject to the applicable legal jurisdiction of Belize.
